Beginners welcome: no experience needed.

What a class looks like

Fifty minutes, start to finish

Nobody is left alone in front of a machine. Your instructor sets up your bed, corrects your form and adjusts the springs class by class.

  • 50 min
  • Small groups
  • Barefoot, comfortable clothes

Arrival 5 min

We set you up on your reformer and fit the springs and straps to your body.

Warm-up 10 min

Breathing and mobility to wake up the core before anything gets loaded.

The work 30 min

The main block: strength, control and posture, corrected one person at a time.

Cool-down 5 min

Stretching and a calm finish. You leave switched on, not wrecked.

First time? Almost everyone here started without ever having touched a reformer.

Who it is for

Four reasons people start

Most people arrive with something specific in mind. Tell us yours and we will build the path.

“My back hurts all day”

Desk work, a loaded neck and lower back. The reformer strengthens what holds your spine up, with no impact and no pain.

Start with a small group

“I want to move again”

You stopped training and a crowded gym is not the way back. Small groups and a progression that starts where you are today.

“I am afraid of hurting myself”

Low-impact strength, balance and mobility, at a pace that respects your joints and your history. Nothing you have to keep up with.

Book an intro session

“Postpartum recovery”

Pelvic floor and core, with a careful progression and morning slots. Once your doctor has cleared you.
