Half of a drop-in, so you can try before deciding anything. Buy a plan or a pack within seven days and we take this off the price.

- Comfortable clothes you can move in.
- Grip socks or bare feet - either is fine.
- Arrive five minutes early to set up your reformer with the instructor.
- A water bottle.
Small group: how much each plan costs
Fifty-minute classes on reformer beds, with the instructor correcting one person at a time. The more often you come, the less each class costs.

For when you are not in Punta del Este: the same instructor over video call, with whatever you have at home. It keeps things going after the season ends, or starts them from another city.
